Enviropeel 170 is to protect the pipework from corrosion. Inhibitors within the Enviropeel coat all surfaces inside the protected area
preventing corrosions.
Description
We use a computer-controlled heating and pumping tank to form a sprayable liquid.
Enviropeel 170 is melted in a specially designed mobile unit and sprayed in a hot stream on to the substrate. Built-in inhibitors are
released on to the substrate as the material is sprayed, penetrating deep into every crevice and flowing into every joint. The material
hardens to form a touch rubbery cocoon around the target area, sealing in the corrosion inhibitors and forming a flexible, impermeable
barrier.
The color of Enviropeel 170 is standard grey. Most colors are available upon request.
When inspection or maintenance is required, Enviropeel 170 is easy to remove and the removal of the material can be placed in the
Enviropeel equipment directly for reusing.
New coat can be integrated with old material on pipework. The recyclable material and new one reach the same quality.
