MODEL
Fluke 73 Series The new Fluke 73 and 20 Series III DMMs are built tough inside and out. With overvoltage protection to guard against spikes up to 6 kV, and safety ratings to prove it. They even protect against measuring voltage if the knob is accidentally set on ohms. Plus, their rugged, overmolded body armor case offers constant protection no matter how much you throw them around. As tough as they are, the 73/20 Series III DMMs are very easy on you. The tapered design fits more easily in your hand, pocket, and tool box. The high-contrast displays are 40% larger, with extra large characters that are easy to read from a distance. |
MODEL PD Tinker & Rasor's Pearson-Type Detector, Model PD, is an all transistor instrument. It's light weight, low battery drain and rugged construction are all features of this New Design. The PD Detector can be used to locate discontinuities in the coating of buried pipelines, to locate electrical contacts on the lines and to effectively locate the lines themselves. All of these findings can take place without the necessity of uncovering the pipeline under test. However, a Pearson-Type Detector can be used successfully only if a pipeline has been carefully backfilled and the soil is compact around it. There also must be some moisture content in the surrounding soil. |

MODEL SURE-LOCK Heath Consultant's SURE-LOCK is a multi-frequency pipe and cable locator system designed to provide the operator with the capability to accurately and efficiently locate underground utilities. The instrument's dual microcomputers, multiple frequencies, automatic loading feature and outstanding transmitter power output make it especially effective for tracing a variety of conductors and for those situations where underground congestion increases the likelihood of error. Virtually all buried utilities capable of signal conduction can be more accurately and power-sensing feature that allows the identification, detection, and location of current-carrying power lines and cathodic protection systems. |

LOCATOR
Detectron's new model 7-T is compact, balanced and light weight. Designed specially to locate buried and concealed metal objects such as paved over manhole covers and valve boxes, metal survey or property markers, lost or buried tools, plumbing or electrical installations, behind plaster, brick or wood walls and lost or buried treasurers. |

MODEL QC-100A Model QC100A by Tinker & Rasor is a totally new solid state quartz controlled current interrupter with a mercury relay of 100 Amp capacity to separate cathodic protection rectifier stations with a timing resolution of 1 ms. This is accomplished with a thermally controlled crystal based timing system system with 1 ppm stability and a timing span for ON or OFF of 0.5 to 9999.9 seconds. Model QC100A includes an easy-to-read LCD display for simple programming. The cycle time from start to finish within 18 hours will display hours, minutes and seconds with a standby memory mode to resume your last operation. The unit is housed in a heavy duty, high impact, all-weather gray plastic case able to withstand severe field conditions. |

MODEL AP-W The Tinker & Rasor Model AP-W Holiday Detector is a completely transistorized, portable electrical inspection instrument. Adaptable for use on both large and small diameter pipe as well as flat surfaces when such surfaces are coated with a high electrical resistant material and the surface beneath the coating is electrically conductive. The Model AP-W operates well on damp surfaces so is desirable where humid conditions prevail. The Model AP-W supplies a wide range of output voltages suitable for the inspection of almost all modern day protective coatings including thin film epoxies, vinyls, polyethylenes etc. and thicker coatings such as hot applied coal tar, asphalt and heavy mastic materials. |

RF/IT The Tinker & Rasor Model RF/IT Insulator Tester is a highly sensitive device, designed to test above-ground pipeline insulators individually to determine their effectiveness. The unit is effective in the testing of pipeline insulators in parallel or series installations even if one or more of the insulators are not operating properly. The tests conducted are fast and accurate, since high resistance shorted insulators are as easy to determine their effectiveness as are the low resistance shorted insulators. |

MODEL 400 The Nilsson Model 400 soil meter is designed to measure soil resistance using the Wernner four pin method. The test can be performed either in the field or at any testing location with a four electrode pin soil box. The meter is completely protected against moisture. It can be placed on wet surfaces without damage, and provides accurate readings under a wide range of temperatures. |

New Marocell Tester OGE's New Macrcell Tester is designed to diagnose corrosion level of buried steel pipe that has no electric corrosion-preventive measures in a simple way needing no excavation of ground. The built-in microcomputer measure five corrosive data automatically. Then, the tester calculates and prints out estimation values of the maximum corrosion depth by the probe current method, corrosion indexes and corrosion classifications. |
